Job Description: We are looking for Supply Chain Human Resources Manager for our Ocala Distribution Center. This key position develops, implements, and coordinates human resources policies and programs. Handles labor relations, payroll/compensation and benefits administration, recruiting, training and development, and investigations. Position Responsibilities: Plans and directs the Human Resources employees to assure coverage for the HR department on all shifts Recruits for open hourly warehouse and salaried roles consistent with company policy and employment laws and regulations Oversees the administration of human resources policies and programs to ensure the personnel needs of all employees in the DC are met. Reviews and communicates policies on benefits, compensation, safety, leaves of absence, annual reviews, labor relations and labor court hearings. Coordinates with the payroll department to resolve problems and ensure proper application of all compensation and benefits programs. Responsible for training and development of employees, including onboarding to ensure they perform jobs in an efficient manner in accordance with Company procedures. Manages employee relations by interfacing with management and non-management employees to answer questions and resolve employee issues to maximize employee morale and minimize Company liability. Oversees the efficient operation of payroll administration, accounts payable, uniforms and telephone answering functions. Directs special projects and coordinates Company functions and community projects. Conducts investigations or interviews on policy violations or disputes and determines the appropriate disciplinary action. Position Requirements: • A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent with a focus in Management, Business Administration, or Human Resources • Five to seven years human resources experience in a distribution center environment • Prior human resources experience with a focus in employee relations, recruiting, compensation and benefits programs. Prior experience with training and development. Prior demonstrated success in handling sensitive and confidential employee relations issues.
